In case you need hard drives with different capacities within one configuration, the chosen option for "Smart Warranty .HDD" has to comply with the biggest hard drive in it.           Technical support: by phone and e-mail, effective support with initial operation, installation and configuration, support with software updates and patches (within the scope of current standard software, throughout the stipulated time period).
          Repairs: pick-up and return service for replacement of defective components or the whole system. Components will be replaced in the form of an advanced warranty replacement with guaranteed express delivery.
