With the "non-X" models of the new AMD Ryzen™ 9000 series, AMD offers an excellent way to combine strong processor performance with manageable energy consumption. The "non-X" Ryzen™ CPUs deliver clock speeds above 3.5 GHz in up to 12 cores and 24 processing threads with a maximum power consumption of 65 watts. In addition, they feature a powerful integrated graphics unit that can drive up to three displays simultaneously with 4K, allowing you to forgo a separate graphics card and significantly reducing energy consumption. RECT™ Workstations in the 28 series provide you with the right options to take advantage of this benefit.

Optimal Scalability - Starting with the Chipset

RECT™ Workstations are always tailored to the individual needs of the customer. In the new 28 series with AMD Ryzen™ 9000 CPUs, in addition to the standard options for CPU, RAM, and storage, there are also up to three chipsets to choose from. While all chipsets support the new Ryzen™ CPUs and fast DDR5 RAM, they differ in the number of available PCIe lanes for graphics cards and NVMe SSDs. This allows for optimization between price-sensitive and performance-oriented configurations and also considers future upgrades and retrofits.
