    The best choice for sensitive data! With the RECT "Smart Warranty .HDD" you yourself can decide how you want to dispose of a faulty enterprise hard drive because you can simply keep that hard drive while we will take the necessary replacement directly to you.
    Note: ... ►The capacity and not the number of the inserted hard drives is decisive. In case you need hard drives with different capacities within one configuration, the chosen option for "Smart Warranty .HDD" has to comply with the biggest hard drive in it. For all details regarding the transaction, please see the service conditions for this service. SSDs are excluded from the RECT "Smart Warranty .HDD" ◄

      Technical support: by e-mail, effective support with initial operation (to be carried out within 30 days after delivery).
      Rapairs: components or the whole system will be repaired or replaced subsequently to reshipment, we will pay the costs for transport and logistics within 30 days after delivery.
    • Pick-Up Warranty
      Technical support: by phone and e-mail, effective support with initial operation, installation and configuration (to be carried out within 30 days after delivery), support with software updates and patches (within the scope of current standard software, throughout the stipulated time period).
      Repairs: pick-up and return service for replacement of defective components or the whole system. Components will be replaced in the form of an advanced warranty replacement with guaranteed express delivery.
    • On-Site (3BD) Warranty
      Technical support: by phone and e-mail with prioritised handling directly after submission, effective support with initial operation, installation and configuration (to be carried out within 30 days after delivery), support with software updates and patches (within the scope of current standard software, throughout the stipulated time period).
      Repairs: on-site service with guaranteed reaction time within three business days for fault repair at the site of the system, optionally with advanced warranty replacement of defective components if handling can be speeded up that way.
    • On-Site (NBD) Warranty
      Technical support: by phone and e-mail with prioritised handling directly after submission, effective support with initial operation, installation and configuration (to be carried out within 30 days after delivery), support with software updates and patches (within the scope of current standard software, throughout the stipulated time period).
      Repairs: on-site service with guaranteed reaction time within the next business day for fault repair at the site of the system, optionally with advanced warranty replacement of defective components if handling can be speeded up that way.
